Corporate royal queen, Olori Dr Elizabeth Ajibola has officially ended her role as the Managing Director of Mount Olive, a leading distributors of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Nigeria -after years of meritorious service. She has officially passed on the baton of leadership at the company, to a new MD, Mr Daniel Agboola.
According to an official statement to announce the development, Olori Elizabeth (who is also the MD of Betty Distribution Company) is now taking a step behind the scene as a co-founder and shareholder of the company. Her statement reads:
“After years of service as the MD of Mount Olive, I’ve officially passed on the leadership baton.
It’s been an incredible journey full of challenges, growth, and many proud moments. From an idea on paper to a thriving business making real impact in Nigeria’s food supply chain… what a ride!
Now, it’s time for a fresh chapter. A new MD has taken over, and I couldn’t be more confident in his ability to lead and grow what we’ve built.
I’m still very much part of the story, just taking on a new role behind the scenes as co-founder and shareholder. The work continues, just from a new perspective.
Thank you all for the love, encouragement, and belief. Mount Olive is rising higher, and I’m cheering every step of the way!”
HRM, Olori Dr Elizabeth Ajibola is the Queen and Royal Mother of Ijara-Isin Kingdom in Kwara State.
