Burna Boy Joins Grammy Awards Performance Roster

Nigerian singer Burna Boy, also known as Damini Ogulu, is set to perform at the 66th Grammy Awards alongside American artists Luke Combs and rapper Travis Scott. The Recording Academy announced this exciting addition on January 21, 2024.

Burna Boy’s appearance on the Grammy stage will take place on Sunday, February 4th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT on CBS, as shared by the Grammy organizers on their official handle.

Notably, Burna Boy received nominations in four categories for the upcoming awards ceremony. The 66th Grammy Awards are scheduled to be held on February 4, 2024, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

During Sunday’s NFL game between Kansas City and Buffalo, the announcement of new artists for the Grammys was made in the fourth quarter. Confirmed performers include Dua Lipa, Travis Scott, Olivia Rodrigo, Luke Combs, Burna Boy, and Billie Eilish. The UnitedMasters music platform will kick off Grammy weekend at the Hollywood Palladium on Feb. 2, featuring Davido, rapper Tokischa, and DJ artist Uncle Waffles. More performers will be revealed in the two weeks leading up to the event. Trevor Noah, hosting for the fourth year, is also nominated in the Best Comedy Album category with ‘I Wish You Would’.
