Known originally as Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., Snoop has been a symbol for avid marijuana smokers. Despite the initial disbelief expressed by many of his followers in the Instagram comments, it seems this decision marks a significant shift for the 52-year-old rapper. In the post, Snoop stated, “After much consideration and conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke.”
While he once faced claims of having 75-150 joints rolled for him daily, a statement he disputed, Snoop acknowledged moderating his weed intake earlier this year, mentioning his role as a grandfather.
