Lagos State Police are considering the possibility of exhuming the body of Nigerian singer Mohbad to conduct an autopsy amid fresh doubts about the cause of his death. Police spokesman Benjamin Hundeyin discussed this during an Instagram Live conversation with radio presenter Daddy Freeze, acknowledging the ongoing speculation and concerns surrounding the rapper’s sudden passing last Sunday.
In an effort to conclusively determine the cause of the controversial artist’s demise, Hundeyin mentioned that the police are open to taking the serious step of examining his remains.
“If need be, we will exhume the body for an autopsy,” the police PRO confirmed. He emphasized that uncovering the facts is paramount.
