Rapper Desiigner to Enter Guilty Plea for Indecent Exposure Charges

Rapper Desiigner has opted to change course from his infamous mid-flight incident by accepting a plea deal that could potentially spare him from serving time in jail.

In a recap of events, the “Panda” rapper faced arrest upon returning from Japan, where he reportedly made an inappropriate remark to flight attendants and even dropped a jar of lubricating Vaseline in the aisle, prompting the need for in-flight monitoring.

Since the incident, Desiigner issued an apology and indicated that he attended court-ordered counseling and willingly underwent drug testing, which he claims yielded clean results.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Desiigner is set to enter a guilty plea on September 8. He has agreed to the proposed sentencing, which entails 2 years of probation, 120 hours of community service, a $5,000 fine, and a public apology to the flight attendants.

Desiigner’s legal team is requesting that the judge refrains from imposing any travel restrictions that could hinder his career as a professional musician, highlighting his extensive tour plans worldwide for 2023-24.

Additionally, his management team emphasized his dedication to his forthcoming music as an integral part of his personal development.
