Just three days after the 2023 Headies Awards took place in Atlanta, Portable seemingly took a subtle dig at the event. He shared a new song on social media in which he hinted at being superior to the prestigious Nigerian awards. Portable also drew a comparison, mentioning that even 2Pac never won a Grammy but remained great, suggesting that he too would succeed without rushing the creative process.
