American singer Nick Carter faces a new lawsuit alleging sexual assault by a third woman, who claims he forced her into sexual encounters when she was 15 in 2003. The 10-page complaint, filed in federal court in Las Vegas where Carter lives, seeks $15,000 in damages for sexual battery and emotional distress.
The suit also asserts that the singer, Nickolas Carter, infected her with HPV during the alleged assaults in Florida. This is the third such accusation against Carter from the early 2000s during his peak fame. His attorney, Dale A. Hayes Jr., has called these allegations “ridiculous” and plans to combine this lawsuit with the previous one against Carter.
